By accessing or using BidFaster ("the Service"), operated by Resultez Consulting Group LLC (DBA TopgenLEAD), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
BidFaster is an AI-powered government contracting platform that helps small businesses find contract opportunities, draft proposals, manage certifications, and track contracting activities. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content and recommendations. All AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and customized before submission to any government agency.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not use another person's account without permission. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at hello@bidfaster.io.
BidFaster offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading information to government agencies using AI-generated content without review; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (d) use the Service to infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
The Service uses AI to generate proposals, capability statements, and other contracting documents. You acknowledge that: (a) AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies; (b) you are solely responsible for reviewing all content before submission to any government agency; (c) BidFaster does not guarantee that any bid will be successful; (d) AI-generated content does not constitute legal, financial, or professional contracting advice.
While BidFaster provides guidance on government certifications (MBE, TGB, CERT, SBA 8(a), etc.), this information is for educational purposes only. Certification requirements may change. Always verify current requirements directly with the certifying authority. BidFaster is not responsible for any reliance on certification information provided through the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your company data, certifications, and documents uploaded to the Service.
The BidFaster platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Resultez Consulting Group LLC. AI-generated content created using your inputs and company information belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resultez Consulting Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost bids, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resultez Consulting Group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of any content to government agencies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
